Rob Jones Ph.D.
CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF DATA SCIENTIST
Dr. Rob Jones has over 30 years of experience in the fields of electronics, electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, and data science. He has special expertise in artificial intelligence and adaptive, data-driven algorithms, machine learning methods, and embedded system design and development. He has strong talents in advanced mathematics, statistics, and theory/application of stochastic process models and stochastic optimization. He has also enjoyed research, development, and applications for some of the most challenging projects in aerospace, defense, and commercial industries.
Rob has worked many years for NASA, for and with companies large and small, and has successfully led many projects and teams. Prior to starting his own company, he developed advanced machine learning software, intellectual property, and applications for a small business that was ultimately acquired by Nokia. He approaches all of his work from sound and often advanced theory, then applies it with formal and rigorous engineering in both software and hardware. He has successfully led teams, managed projects, and been a principal technical contributor to many R&D and engineering programs in the public and private sectors worth millions of dollars.
After spending so much time in aerospace and defense, Rob has welcomed a change working in utilities, energy, IIoT, biotech, and fintech. Though he devotes himself passionately to technical work, he has also enjoyed being the Director of Software Engineering, Director of Data Science, and Chief Scientist for several companies. He has a love of mentoring and educating others on technical subjects.
Rob holds an MS degree in Electrical Engineering, a PhD in Computer Science, and a patent in the field of AI. He also has numerous publications and is a Senior Member of the IEEE and IEEE Computer Society.
Tim Wilson Ph.D.
CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF LEARNING OFFICER
Timothy J. Wilson, PhD, is the Director of the Bellwether College Consortium and the Applied Center for Workforce Research located in San Antonio, TX. He also consults with the San Antonio Works initiative in developing a predictive analytics model for the SA 2020 goals.
Dr. Wilson has conducted research on workforce training for the National Council for Continuing Education and Training (NCCET) and reverse transfer for the National Student Clearinghouse. Much of his research includes emerging trends in online workforce training.
Tim served on the International Taskforce for the University of Florida’s Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) where he leveraged his formal training in research and evaluation methodology. He assisted in the developed the university’s accreditation assessment plan and developed the QEP’s intercultural instrument.
Tim also served as the program director for the Community College Futures Assembly, and was instrumental in evaluating and promoting best practices among community colleges in the areas of workforce development, institutional effectiveness, and student success.
Tim helps nurture next generation leaders as president of International Education Pathways. He has developed international research and student exchange partnership agreements with over 40 different countries. Tim’s broad international experience includes: teaching English as a second language, immigration advising, establishing institutional partnerships and exchanges, conducting training and development at universities worldwide, and program consulting in STEM, hospitality & tourism.
Tim consults on data science projects in the education, IT, marketing, and residential building industries. He has led or advised multiple EdTech and training companies. He received his PhD from the University of Florida in Higher Education Administration with an emphasis in Research and Evaluation Methodology (REM) in the summer of 2014.

Jason Ward has been delivering applications for business, and for fun, since an early age. He has extensive experience at all levels and stages of application service delivery which, combined with his business experience, allows him to evaluate technology and methodologies to align solutions with the near-term and long-term goals of the business.
Utilizing on-premises, cloud, and hybrid components, Jason designs and develops systems that result in substantial cost-savings through workflow automation and business process improvement, enhances business intelligence and reporting capabilities, and meets compliance requirements through data classification and security best practices.
Jason is also a Technical Co-founder of Fuel Marketing which provides a cloud-based media distribution API serving the automotive industry.
When he’s not working to streamline processes or develop new technologies, Jason coaches volleyball at a high school in St. Louis, MO.
